Contact

Send takedown notices and rights-holder questions to support@ftvdb.com.

What to include

Please include your name, organization if applicable, contact information, the copyrighted work or rights you believe are affected, and a statement that the information in your notice is accurate.

Include the exact FTVDB record URL for each disputed record. General category pages or third-party file names are not enough to identify a record reliably.

Review process

FTVDB may disable or remove disputed records during review. Records may also be corrected when a request identifies inaccurate metadata rather than a rights issue.

Counter-notices

If a record was disabled because of a rights-holder request and you believe it was removed in error, contact the same address with the exact record URL, your contact information, and the basis for your counter-notice.

Repeat or abusive submissions

FTVDB may reject or remove submissions at any time. Repeated submission of private, tokenized, guessed, account-specific, infringing, or abusive URLs can lead to records being removed and future submissions being ignored.
