Use GitHub issues for public data corrections and technical questions, or email support for private requests. Include the relevant page URL so the problem is easy to find.

How to reach FTVDB

FTVDB is maintained by Ighor July as an independent community project. The Credits page recognizes people who have helped build the public database.

For website problems, incorrect records, or public technical questions, use the GitHub issue tracker. Include the affected page, what you expected, and what happened instead. You can also email support@ftvdb.com.

Use email for rights-holder requests, contributor opt-outs, credit requests, and anything containing private information. GitHub issues are public, so keep personal details out of reports.

Fix or Update a Record

Spotted a wrong version, a mislabelled device, or a link that no longer works? Send the page URL and what looks off through GitHub issues or email support. Reports of dead links help keep the database useful.

Rights-Holder Request

If you are a rights holder and believe a linked location infringes your rights, email the details of the specific record. Requests are reviewed and answered promptly. The DMCA page describes the process.

Contributor Opt-Out

If you originally captured a URL and want it excluded, ask and it will be removed. You may be asked for proof that you were the first to capture it, so that records cannot be removed by someone who did not collect them.

Request Credit

Want your name or profile linked on the Credits page for links you captured? Send the handle or URL you would like shown. Credit is always optional.

Submit a Link

To contribute a URL, you do not need to email at all — use the submission page or the API. The manual explains what makes a good submission.
